TCAs Exhibit High Linearity

Nov. 29, 2011
The RFSA4013 and RFSA4023 monolithic, analog temperature-compensating attenuators (TCAs) promise exceptional linearity over their entire gain control range.

The RFSA4013 and RFSA4023 monolithic, analog temperature-compensating attenuators (TCAs) promise exceptional linearity over their entire gain control range. They provide three selectable temperature coefficients and operate from voltages of 5V for the RFSA4013 and 3.3V for the RFSA4023. Other features include a current consumption of 1 mA, 3 mm x 3 mm QFN packages, matched to 50Ω over control range and frequency, and a bandwidth of 50 MHz to 4 GHz. Price begins at $3.94 each/100.
