Designed for low-power and low-voltage wireless link applications, the XE1201 single-chip UHF transceiver needs just a few external components to form a physically small, half-duplex data transceiver. This device includes a bit synchronizer so that synchronized received data can directly be read by a microcontroller. The device operates at 390 to 470 MHz and is compatible with the ETS300-220 standard for operation in the 433.92 MHz unlicensed frequency band. The device operates down to 2.4V and uses FSK modulation.
