The R9000 Robocomp system comprises a PC client-Ethernet-LAN-server system of hardware and software. Together, these elements exact wireless robotic control of the remote PC server's operational and application software and hardware assets by a wireless PC client. The system's operation is completely transparent, and all network services are available to each Robocomp PC. That way, the company can provide plug-and-play capability for any application using existing and future hardware for the IBM-compatible PC (ISA bus). The Robocomp's spread-spectrum technology enables secure, high-speed, errorless digital data acquisition on an Ethernet LAN, even when the workstation nodes are located 800 feet apart—or up to 30 miles apart, with enhancements. Hardware and software also are available to configure intelligent distributed connections with Robocomp clients accessing a remote Robocomp PC-server system's assets. And, no FCC license is required—just plug and play. Contact the company for pricing and availability information.
