A series of GHz Coolers has been designed to cool the latest 1 GHz CPUs. The coolers provide low thermal resistance with a small footprint. As the CPU moves up to 1-GHz speed, keeping the CPU running cool within a small space becomes an important task. Two standard products are available: a standard 50 mm x 10 mm fan, and high-fin-density heat sink. Samples are available at $8.00 each and for $4.00 each in production quantities.
