With supply voltage requirement of 3.3V and frequency stability up to ±20 ppm, EC3200 VCXOs are well-suited for phase-locked loop (PLL) applications in telecommunications, microwave products, radios, video decoders, cable modems, set-top boxes, wireless local loop handsets, and digital subscriber devices for ADSL and HDSL. Frequency range is 1 to 40 MHz with stabilities of ±20, ±25, ±50 or ±100 ppm and with tight duty cycle and extended temperature range. Housing is 8- or 14-pin DIP, resistance-welded metal package.
