The 5230/5231 series of piezoelectric accelerometers are designed for vibration measurement in the rugged environments of industrial machinery monitoring. The accelerometers incorporate an integral two-conductor, double-shielded, #20 AWG cable for ease of installation.Additional features include 100 mV/g sensitivity, 80g peak dynamic range, an extremely low noise floor, an active two-pole, low-pass filter for resonance suppression, and hermetic sealing to ensure long-term operation with excellent stability. Signal ground is isolated from the mounting surface and outer case to prevent ground loops, while Faraday shielding limits sensitivity to ESD to a minimum. The 5230/5231 series features the companyÕs PIEZITE Type P-8 crystal element operating in shear mode. Call for price. ENDEVCO, San Juan Capistrano, CA. (949) 493-8181.
