The PVDF Super Air Knife provides a laminar curtain of air for blowoff, cleaning, and drying applications in highly corrosive environments not suitable for stainless steel. It is suitable for use in the manufacturing of solar cells, lithium ion batteries, medical devices semiconductors, and processes that include electroplating, transfer of acids, caustic chemicals, brine, and solvent recovery. Other features include the ability to withstand temperatures up to 275°F, no moving parts, and a noise level of 69 dBA.
