The Series GRF100 and GRF103 nonlatching electromechanical relays are designed to provide a practical surface-mount solution with improved RF signal repeatability over the frequency range. The ultraminiature relays, which implement a butt-lead mounting scheme, feature a unique ground shield that insulates and shields each lead to ensure excellent contact-to-contact and pole-to-pole isolation. The ground shield improves high-frequency performance with RF insertion loss repeatability of ±0.1 dB. Homes for the relays include RF attenuators and other RF applications that require dependable high-frequency signal fidelity and performance. Each model is available in coil voltages of 5 and 12 V dc. They're hermetically sealed for robust shock, vibration, temperature, and electrostatic-discharge (ESD) resistance, as well as electromagnetic-interference (EMI) shielding. The GRF100 measures 8.51 by 8.51 by 8.38 mm and weighs 2.55 g, while the GRF103 measures 8.51 by 8.51 by 11.05 mm and weighs 4.5 g. Both cost $25.97 each in 500-unit quantities.
