Claimed to be the first combined rocker switch and circuit breaker for equipment (CBE) to offer full water-splash protection in a stylish package, Type 3130 CBE trims space requirements compared to use of separate components and is suited for use in machinery and electro-medical applications, where electrical and electronic components can be exposed to water and damp conditions. The circuit breaker conforms to IP 65, an IEC standard indicating the degree of protection against water ingress.The compact, lightweight unit- the single-pole version weighs only 0.6 oz.- can withstand temperatures ranging from -30°C to 60°C and is designed especially for external snap-in panel mounting. And the unit's rocker switch is available with optional illumination.
