Type 07 coded-output switches now can be obtained in tape-and-reel form. They come in all standard 4- and 16-bit unique code output formats for human-machine interface applications in two-way radios, as well as medical, industrial, and high-end consumer applications. The tape-and-reel package quantity is 150 pieces and reel size is 330 by 61 mm, with a hub size of 100 mm. The switches can withstand solder-reflow process temperatures up to 260°C. Switches are available in standard, concentric, and compact versions in both right-angle horizontal and vertical styles. Pricing is approximately $2 to $4 each in large volumes, with lead times of two weeks.
