The component covers the 270 MHz bandwidth with an average tuning sensitivity of 45 MHz/V. Other features include a typical spectral purity of -111 dBc/Hz at 100 kHz from the carrier, a 1.1:1 linearity over frequency, and suppression of the second harmonic to better than -14 dBc.
