The Oxi-Cap series of niobium-oxide multi-anode capacitors is designed to deliver low equivalent-series-resistance (ESR) characteristics down to 30 mΩ, high capacitance values, and high ripple-current performance. Yet these devices meet designers' demands for safe (nonburning) high-resistance failure-mode performance. They come in a standard "E" (7343-4) package in capacitance values ranging from 220 to 470 µF at tolerances of 620%. Working-voltage ratings are 2.5, 4.0, and 6.3 V dc. Typical operation ranges from ­55°C to 558C. In lots of 10,000 to 100,000, they cost $2.55 each. Lead time is stock to eight weeks.
