The Thermex temperature-indicating sensor paper nondestructively reveals temperature distribution between any two heated contacting surfaces. Available in thin sheets, it instantly and permanently turns varying heat intensities between light blue to black, revealing minute varations in temperature. It responds in 0.1 s or less with heat-sensing ranges from 93°C to 149°C (200°F to 300°F). It can be trimmed with scissors for smaller application surfaces. Packs of 25 sheets measuring 17 by 14 in. cost $139 each.
