The VCP series of voltage-controlled crystal oscillators (VCXOs) boasts a frequency range that extends from 120 to 600 MHz. The VCXOs come in standard 7.5- by 5.0- by 1.5-mm ceramic packages. Features include low jitter of −120 dBc/Hz maximum and phase noise of 1 ps maximum for the VCP32AXT and VCP35AXT with a phase-locked loop (PLL). Operating temperature ranges from −10 °C to 70 °C, supply voltage is 3.3 V ±5%, and maximum input current is 120 mA. Pullability ranges are ±30, ±55, and ±125 ppm at 1.65 V ±1.5 V. Output symmetry is 40% to 60% at a 50% V p-p level. Price for the VCP35AXT 311.020-MHz is $16.97 each in 1000-unit quantities, with delivery in six to eight weeks.
