The KG Series DIP switch allows automatic mounting with IC insertion machines and, with both extended and recessed actuators, offers positions ranging from one to 12. Extended actuator height is 1.3 mm. Other features include gold over nickel contacts and terminals, an electrical rating of 25 mA at 24 Vdc carry or 100 mA at 24 Vdc, an electrical life of 2,000 cycles, contact resistance of less than 25 mΩ initial, dielectric strength of 500 Vrms, insulation resistance greater than 100 MΩ, an actuation force of 800 gF with an actuator travel of 2 mm, and an operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C.
