Featuring a 0.1" pin pitch, the KJ Series DIP switch is available with extended and recessed actuators, positions ranging from two to 12, and is compatible with SMT assembly and infrared reflow and vapor phase soldering. The extended actuator height is 0.6 mm. Specs include current/voltage ratings of 25 mA at 24 Vdc for the switch and 100 mA at 24 Vdc for the carry, an electrical life of 2,000 actuations typical, a contact resistance of less than 25 mO initial, an actuation force of 600 gF maximum, and an actuator travel distance of 0.90 mm. Other features include a minimum dielectric strength of 500 Vrms, minimum insulation resistance greater than 100 MO, and an operating and storage temperature range from -40°C to 85°C.
