Assuming position as the first totally transparent, NEMA-rated enclosure, the BT Series boxes allow users to view internals from every direction without having to open the seal. The enclosures are made of transparent plastic with a blue tint and meet NEMA 1, 2, 4, 4X, 12, and 13, plus IEC52/IP65 specifications. Safe for deployment in wet, dry, and corrosive environments, the boxes are particularly suitable for use as PCB enclosures, junction boxes, instrumentation, and other applications that require monitoring of internal components. The BT Series enclosures are available in seven sizes ranging from 4.53" x 3.54" x 2.17" to 11.81" x 9.06" x 3.39". Wall mounting holes and cover attaching screws are outside the sealing area, preventing ingress of moisture and dust, and most models have internal guide slots for mounting PCB assemblies vertically. Pricing starts at $19.15 each/300. BUD INDUSTRIES INC., Willoughby, OH. (440) 946-3200.
