Designed to meet the needs of applications requiring an environmentally sealed and robust solution, the WT toggle and WR rocker series switches conform to IP67 (front panel) and IP60 (back panel) of IEC60529 standards. The switches feature single-unit construction for added protection and are constructed of heat resistant resin meeting UL94V-0 flammability ratings. Both series incorporate a specially designed switching mechanism for breaking light welds, qualifying them to IEC61058 (UL 61058-1) standards. The switches come in a wide selection of circuit configurations including maintained and momentary options. Both actuator options are available with solder lug, screw, and wire lead terminations. The WT series is rated at 10A at 125 Vac and 6A at 250 Vac or 10A at 30 Vdc. They can be specified in single or double pole versions. Mechanical life for maintained circuits is 50,000 operations minimum and for momentary circuits is 30,000. Electrical life is 15,000 operations minimum for all configurations. The WR series is rated at 15A at 125/250 ac and 15A at 30 Vdc. It is offered in single pole only. Mechanical life is rated at 30,000 operations minimum for all circuits. Electrical life is rated 15,000 operations minimum for maintained circuits and 10,000 for momentary circuits. Agency approvals include UL and C-UL Recognition, VDE, and EN conformity.
