Designed for use in frequency generation and synchronization of base station controllers, the F1533AD (3.3V) and F1535AD (5.0V) surface-mount VCXOs are built on a FR-4 substrate and can deliver a discrete, custom frequency at 52 MHz. The devices are CMOS-compatible, offer 45%/55% standard symmetry, and come in a hermetically-sealed, industry-standard package measuring 0.37" x 0.56". Other key features include a maximum deviation of ±100, frequency stability of ±25 ppm, and an operating temperature range of 0°C to 70°C. Both models are also available for use over the industrial operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C with ±50 ppm frequency stability. Pricing is $15.00 each/1,000.
