The model MAS9275 voltage-controlled crystal oscillator (VCXO) IC is fully integrated, requiring only a crystal. It has a wide pulling range of 100 ppm/V with excellent linearity. Phase noise is less than −134 dBc at 1 kHz. Operable up to 36 MHz, it suits set-top boxes, GPS receivers, mobile phones, and other RF devices. The supply voltage ranges from 2.5 to 5.5 V at a current drain of 2.3 mA at 2.8 V. The MAS9275 is available in die form or in a compact MSOP-8 pacakge. The packaged vesion costs $1.79 each in 1000-unit lots. Delivery is from stock to eight weeks.
