Providing both environmental sealing and EMI shielding, the E/E Hybrid gasket is designed to meet both the environmental and EMI shielding needs of enclosures, including outdoor telecomm cabinets. The gasket has a single-flange construction and incorporates highly conductive nickel/copper cladding over EPDM rubber. The EMI shielding coupled with the environmental seals provides what's claimed as superior protection both inside and outside the enclosure. The gasket is designed to slide easily over metal flanges to help reduce installation costs.
