Providing low-loss switching for the transmit/receive function in 802.11b WLAN and low-power RF applications, the MASWSS0115 lead-free SPDT GaAs switch exhibits a loss of 0.35 dB at 2.4 GHz and a linearity of +20 dBm. Available in a six-lead SOT-363 package, the device operates at frequencies from dc to 3 GHz and works with positive control voltages as low as 2.3V.
