Designed for industrial applications, the FTR-JR series relays have a nominal power spec of 530 mW and a 9.5mm insulation distance. The device has a dielectric capability of 5 kV between open contacts and will withstand a surge of 10 kV between coil and contacts. Available with 12, 18 and 24 Vdc coils, the relay is UL Class B-rated at130°C. The 1 Form A relays feature quick-connect tab contact terminals and cadmium-free contacts having a maximum carrying current of 20A and a maximum switching voltage of 250 Vac/150 Vdc. Other features include an electrical life of 100,000 operations minimum at rated load and 20 million mechanical operations minimum, 10 to 55 Hz, 1.5 mm double-amplitude vibration resistance, and 10g minimum of functional shock resistance. Depending on the coil type, the FTR-JR relays cost $1.48 or $1.67 each/10,000.
