The surface-mountable device measures 9 mm x 9 mm x 4.5 mm and is designed for use in portable test equipment, pagers, bar code readers, and a variety of telecomm products. Operating voltage ranges from 2.5V to 4.5V at maximum power supply current of 100 mA.
