Extending the common frequency range (26 MHz) of temperature-compensated voltage-controlled crystal oscillators (TCVCXOs), the surface-mount, 3 mm x 5 mm TV105A TCVCXO features a frequency range of 10 MHz to 40 MHz. The RoHS-compliant, component primarily targets cellular infrastructure, GPS, and telecommunication system applications. Features include a ±5 to ±20 ppm pull range clipped sine wave output, and a typical phase noise of -135 dBc/Hz at 10 MHz and a 1 kHz offset or -148 dBc/Hz at a 10 kHz offset.
