The EM1564 32-kHz oscillator sports an operating-voltage range from 1.2V to 5.5V and integrates a 32.768 kHz tuning fork crystal and an advanced CMOS circuit. It operates over a standard temperature range between -40°C to +85°C and is also available with an extended temperature range up to +125°C. Housed in a special 10-pin package, the oscillator can replace standard quartz, addressing the limitations of miniaturization. Power consumption is 300 nA across the power supply range.
