Designed for Gigabit Ethernet (GigE) applications, the SMY1100JY-125 MHZ and SMY1100JY-155 MHz use a fundamental crystal design for ultra-low jitter and 40/60, 60/40 duty cycle (symmetry) with tighter symmetry available. The parts have an input voltage requirement of 5V, ±10%, with 3.3V and 2.7V versions also available. Standard frequency stability is ±100 ppm over the operating temperature range of 0°C to 70°C. Rise and fall times are a typical 2 ns. The oscillators come in an industry-standard SO4J package and are compatible with TTL/CMOS devices.
