The OCXOVT series of oven-controlled oscillators (OCXOs) can operate on a power-supply voltage of only 5 vdc. The devices are available in frequencies ranging up to 20 MHz and can operate in temperatures ranging from 0°C to +60°C. An extended temperature range (-40°C to +85°C) device is also available.Housed in 0.3" high, 14-pin DIL hermitically sealed packages, the OCXOs feature a quick warm-up time of 10s and require only 60 mA typical to operate at 30°C. Output is HCMOS compatible and the frquency can be controlled electronicaly.Other features include a frequency stability of ±5 x 10 -8, aging of less than 1 x 10 -9 per day, a shock resistance of up to 3000g for 3 ms at 1/2 sine, and a vibration resistance of 10g from 10 to 2000 Hz.
