Safe for use in explosive environments, the PSE EX piezo switch meets the requirements of ATEX class II 2 G Ex ib IIB T4. Switch action is normally open and the component’s standard design exhibits a mounting diameter of 16 mm. Voltage and current maximums are 24 Vdc/ac and 40A, respectively. The housing is available in both aluminium and stainless steel and color variations are available with the aluminium version. Pricing for the PSE EX starts at about $29 each/100.
