Combining the company's high-frequency hybrid and crystal technologies, the PLL Module can be used in a wide range of applications, including reference-frequency tracking and locking, synchronization, frequency synthesizers, and clock recovery. Each portion of the module can be customized to suit specific design objectives. Specifiable parameters include output frequency, loop bandwidth, lock time, phase noise, phase error, and jitter.Available in output frequencies up to 2.488 GHz (OC-48), the VCXO portion achieves frequencies up to 155.52 MHz. Microwave strip-line technologies are used in the resonator, and 90% of the circuit is designed on ceramic.
