The Model 256 industrial pressure transducer is said to be ideal applications such as process control, chemical processing, off-shore-drilling platforms, and other heavy-duty applications. Packaged in an aluminum housing with a screw cover for access to the terminal strip, the device is designed for weatherproof service. Features include standard 0.5" NPT electrical conduit wiring receptacles and 0.75" NPT male pressure fittings. Optional female pressure fittings are available. Claimed to be virtually immune to EMI/RFI, the device has a three-wire, 0.1 to 5.1 vdc or two-wire 4- to 20-ma output, and an accuracy of better than 0.13% FS. Other features include potentiometers for zero and span settings and they are available in pressure ranges from 25 psig up to 10,000 psig.
