Designed to guard against electrical transients that can disrupt communication signals and damage electronic circuits found in ultra high data rate applications such as Ethernet LANs, USB connections, DSL modems, WDM Fiber Optic Repeaters, and broadband cable television installations, the Ultra Low Capacitance Transient Suppressor Arrays provide both high density protection and low capacitance. The devices protect lines carrying communication signals at data rates >100 Mbps. The two series of arrays-- the USB504 and the USB508-- protect a single line to ground and two lines to ground, respectively. Pricing is $0.60 each for USB504 and $1.29 each for USB508 Series in lots of 10,000.
