Capable of being integrated into a variety of automated machinery, HVAC instrumentation, appliances and custom consumer products, the ZyTemp TN9 series infrared temperature sensor modules promise to simplify temperature monitoring and control. The module performs contactless measureonolithicment of temperatures from -33°C to +220°C. Other features include adjustable emissivity, ambient temperature from -10°C to +50°C, and a NIST-traceable accuracy of ±2% (or 2°C) with a resolution of 0.0625°C. The module comes standard with 1:1 optics and outputs a serial data stream providing target temperature and ambient temperature. Pricing starts at under $20 each.
