The non-metallic TG-70 surface raceway is designed to maximize cable capacity, offering enough space to accommodate up to 74, two-outlet workstations utilizing any combination of the company's category 5, 5E, 6 or fiber optic connectors. The raceway's design anticipates growing design needs by allowing for substantial system expansions and by including jacks that can snap in and out of one modular space. As a result, the system facilitates future transitions to higher-level channels with no need for replacement of faceplates or surface raceways. The system also features 40 mm, bend radius control fittings for cable protection. It can be divided into separate channels, permitting the routing of both power and communication cables via a single system. In addition, the system accommodates both the company's snap-on faceplates as well as any NEMA standard screw-on faceplates.
