Challenging more expensive double-oven oscillators, the company's single-oven, oven-controlled crystal oscillator (OCXO) relies on proprietary compensation and stabilization methods to achieve what is said to be extremes of stability. The component can maintain frequency stability as low as 1 ppb over a temperature range of -20ºC to +70ºC. It employs highly polished SC cut crystals to maintain low frequency drift over time. Measuring 50.8 mm x 50.8 mm x 25.4 mm, sine wave and CMOS output versions are available with an operating frequency range from 1 MHz to150 MHz. Prices start at $295 each/25.
