With a profile of just 1.2 mm, the K30 Series of SMT clock oscillators gives designers of portable communication equipment a precise timing device in an ultraminiature ceramic package. The oscillators provide greater flexibility in implementing timing control circuits in space-constrained applications.Units are available in a high-speed, CMOS-compatible version, as well as a 3.3V version. They come in frequencies from 8 MHz to 68 MHz with stability of 50 ppm. Load rating is either 15 pF or 50 pF for both TTL and CMOS applications. All feature tristate output inhibit to allow in-circuit testing while the clock is disabled.
