Available in frequencies ranging from 30 to 200 kHz, surface-mount LSM crystal oscillator has dimensions of 10 x 4.6 x 1.8 mm and consists of a hermetically sealed, ceramic packaged CX-4 Statek crystal and a CMOS-compatible IC. Well-suited for applications where low power dissipation is essential, such as handheld, battery operated devices, the oscillator requires a 5V supply (3.3V units also are available) and features a frequency stability of ±0.0025% (typ.) ±25 ppm over a 0°C to 50°C range, and an aging spec of ±1 ppm/year (typ.).
