With a height of just 1 mm, the MF series surface-mount (SMT) crystals measure 3.5 mm x 6.2 mm and offer frequencies from 12 MHz to 50 MHz. They can also be supplied in frequencies from 40 MHz to 100 MHz. The crystals have a frequency stability, in four bands, of ±5 ppm, ±10 ppm, ±20 ppm or ±30 ppm at 25ûC. Specifications include a shunt capacitance of 2 pF to 4 pF typical and 5 pF maximum, load capacitance from 10 pF to 32 pF or series, a drive level of 10 µW maximum, and aging at 25ûC of less than ±2 ppm maximum per year. The crystals are available on tape-and-reel or in bulk packs. For further information and prices, call Andy Treble at EUROQUARTZ LTD., Somerset, UK. 01460 230010.
