The KJ series surface-mount DIP switches provide from two to 12 positions with gull wing terminations and an optional top tape seal. Operating current for the switch is 25 mA at 24 Vdc and for the carry is 100 mA at 24 Vdc. Electrical life span is typically 2,000 cycles. Additional specs include a contact resistance of less than 25 mΩ, minimum dielectric strength of 500 VRMS, an actuation force of 600 gf maximum, and an actuator travel of 0.9 mm. Contacts are gold over nickel-plated beryllium copper and terminals are gold over nickel-plated brass at the contact area and tin plated at the terminal. Pricing starts at $0.53 each/1,000.
