Designed specifically for telecomm applications, this extensive collection of HCMOS surface-mount, crystal-controlled oscillators (VCXOs) is available in both 3.3V and 5V designs. The oscillators measure 5 mm (W) x 7 mm (L) and will operate in temperatures from 0°C to 70°C with frequency tolerances to 25 ppm and deviations ranging to ±100 ppm. An extended temperature range of -40°C to +85°C is also available.The 3.5V VXCOs are available for frequencies ranging from 4 to 45 MHz and the 5V units span a range of from 1 to 52 MHz. All models are available in pin 2 or pin 5 configurations for the tristate E/D function.
