Providing the high reliability and compact size associated with solid-state relays, the PS7200 series solid-state relays are claimed to be the first to match the speed of electromechanical relays. Three models in the series, the PS7200J-1A, PS7200K-1A, and PS7200N-1A, operate at speeds up to 1 GHz and provide leakage currents of less than 13 pA typical. On resistance ranges from 1.1 to 9 ohms, capacitance at the output ranges from 1.7 to 14 pF, and C*R values range between 14 and 15.3 pF * ohms. All relays in the series meet UL, CSA, BSI, and VDE safety standards.High speed, high reliability and a miniature 4-pin SOP package leave the SSRs well suited for high-performance ATE and VXI test systems. And their low power consumption means cooler operation and higher packing densities.
