The ASSR-322R and ASSR-3220 dual-channel, optically isolated MOSFET-output solid-state relays (SSRs) are qualified for use over an industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. Neither component has a wear-out mechanism to limit the number of operations, and neither requires a minimum contact wetting current. They provide two Form A (normally open) SPST relays in an 8-pin DIP with maximum output voltage and continuous current ratings of 250V and 200 mA, respectively. The ASSR-322R features 1 nA maximum off-state leakage, on-resistance of 8.5Ω maximum, output capacitance of 60 pF maximum at 1 MHz, and turn on/off times of 0.5 ms and 0.2 ms, respectively. Prices are $3.40 (ASSR-3220) and $4.20 (ASSR-322R) each/1,000. AVAGO TECHNOLOGIES, Santa Clara, CA. (800) 235-0312.
