Designed to reduce panel-space requirements and installation costs, the Allen-Bradley Bulletin 700-HL terminal block relay line is a 6.2-mm wide interface that is said to offer the thinnest profile in the industry. Available with a one-pole (SPDT) or one NO solid-state design and suitable for a variety of high-density isolation and interposing applications, the relays incorporate a 20-way jumper wiring system that makes installation and maintenance both quick and easy while reducing wiring costs by up to 60%. The system requires one wire only to connect to a terminal, and the 20-way jumper can be inserted into the first interface module while bridging up to 19 adjacent terminals. The block is available in input voltages of 12, 24, 48, 110, 125, 230 and 240 Vac/dc with a maximum current rating of 36A. The components will be available with a special leakage-current suppression circuit in November 2001. This circuit promises to address nuisance coil turn-on or contact non-dropout concerns for 120/240 Vac input applications.
