Factory calibrated with either fixed or adjustable settings, the TL series thermostats provide wide temperature control ranges. They are available in three models and offer an operating temperature range from room temperature to 518°F (Model TL 05) and creep action contacts for opening. Models TL01 and TL02 feature snap action contacts. The bi-metal thermostats can be ordered with either a setscrew or an adjustment shaft and are mounted using a screw in a 4.2-mm hole for drop-in installation or replacement. Rated at 100,000 cycles, input voltage is 150 Vac at 10A. Other features include a dielectric strength of 1.5 kVac for one minute, nickel-plated steel terminal options for either a 0.25" screw or solder terminals, and UL and C-UL approval.
