Claimed as the industry's smallest temperature-compensated crystal oscillator (TCXO), the MTT series sports a physical profile of just 5 mm x 3.2 mm x 1.5 mm. The series operates over a frequency range from 12 MHz to 30 MHz and is suitable for use in a variety of industrial and military applications. Features include a clipped sine wave output, 3.3V or 5V operation, current compensation under 2 mA, and an operating temperature of −30°C to +75°C or −40°C to +85°C with stabilities down to ±1 ppm.
