The S-5851A Series two-wire serial I/O digital temperature sensor measures temperature with a resolution of 0.0625°C without the need for external components.

The S-5851A Series two-wire serial I/O digital temperature sensor measures temperature with a resolution of 0.0625°C without the need for external components. The device integrates a temperature sensor, reference voltage generation circuit, a ΔΣ type ADC, and interface bus. Package options are SOT-23-6 and SNT-6A. Other features include 2.7V operation, a current consumption of 45 μA, maximum operating frequency of 400 kHz, and a low-power supply voltage detection circuit.
