For applications where miniaturization is the norm, the G, GB, GB2, and GW series ultra-miniature toggle, rocker, and pushbutton switches employ the company's sliding twin crossbar (STC) contact mechanism. Their ultra-miniature size makes them viable candidates for handheld instruments and, by meeting stringent flammability standards, telecom applications. The STC contacts self clean with every actuation. Terminal spacing is 0.1" x 0.1", and the switches are rated at 0.4 VA at 28 Vac/dc maximum. The G series toggles and rockers come in single- or double-pole models and five circuit combinations including momentary and maintained with up to three actuator positions. Also available are straight, right angle, and vertical-mount versions for toggle actuators and straight PC or right angle mount for rockers. Process sealed, the GB pushbuttons feature bushings and housings constructed of one molded piece with a rubber o-ring surrounding the actuator. Offered as lower-cost components, the GB2 and GW series pushbutton and rocker switches feature a rating of UL94V-0 for flammability. The GW series rocker and paddle-actuated switches are available in both SPDT and DPDT configurations. Terminal options include straight PC, right angle, and vertical bracketed PC mounts.
