The BCH 100 is a compact, DC-output uninterruptible power-supply (UPS) system designed for industrial and other rugged environments. The system’s built-in battery-charger section provides 100 W to the output and for float-charging the external battery.

The BCH 100 is a compact, DC-output uninterruptible power-supply (UPS) system designed for industrial and other rugged environments. The system’s built-in battery-charger section provides 100 W to the output and for float-charging the external battery. Standard single-output float voltage options include 13.8 V, 27.6 V or 55.2 V. The unit operates from a universal input of 95 to 264 V AC; custom input and output options are available on request. A low-battery disconnect circuit prevents damage to the external battery by low discharge during prolonged AC failure. The battery input is also protected against accidental reverse battery connection by a crossbar diode and internal safety fuse. The system is conduction- and convection-cooled, requires no fan, and is rated for operation over a 0°C to +50°C range without derating.
