May 16, 2011
The CVCO55CC-3500-3700 voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) operates from 3.5 GHz to 3.7 GHz with a control voltage range of 0.1V to 16V.

The CVCO55CC-3500-3700 voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) operates from 3.5 GHz to 3.7 GHz with a control voltage range of 0.1V to 16V. The component features a typical phase noise of -108 dBc/Hz at a 10 kHz offset and output power is typically +5 dBm. In a 0.5” x 0.5” SMD package, input voltage is 8V, maximum current consumption is 30 mA, pulling and pushing are 2.5 MHz and 1.0 MHz/V, respectively, and second harmonic suppression is -20 dBc typical.
