The CVCO55CW-1200-2100 voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) operates from 1,200 MHz to 2,100 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.5V to 25V. Specs include a typical phase noise of -95 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset, typical output power of +6 dBm, input voltage of 12V, a maximum current consumption of 35 mA, pulling and pushing at 25 MHz and 10 MHz/V, respectively, and a second harmonic suppression of -8 dBc typical.
